The interactive 613 commandments

The 613 commandments found in the Hebrew Bible were fully itemized in Moshe ben Maimon's work called the Mishneh Torah [Repetition of the Torah]. These "commandments" (in Hebrew called "mitzvot") actually describe 613 ways humanity can connect with the holiness of G-d. How so? The Hebrew word mitzvot comes from the root word tzavta which means "connection".

In which of these ways do you connect with G-d?

The G-d of creation did not require some super-spiritual or religious way to approach Him. Instead, the G-d who made the universe took the simple and mundane things of life— waking up in the morning, the clothes we wear, the food we eat, and the daily interactions with other human beings— and enabled us to elevate them into matters of holiness and godliness so that we might connect with Him.

This visualization was created to invite discovery into the ways of the Most High, the G-d of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. As it is written, "The Law of the LORD is perfect, restoring the soul; The testimony of the LORD is sure, making wise the simple." (Psalm 19:7)

Blessed be His Holy Name.
